Camden Dunwoody use to be a great community. It has gone downhill. The customer service is awful. When you put in a maintence request you use to hear from them within 48 hrs. Now is takes 2-3 weeks to get a bath tub unstopped. The carwash nozzle is broken. When I asked when it would be fixed management says the water still drips out of it doesn't it that should be good enough! The stairs are always stained with grease and food drippings from the Waste Management System's poor collection of trash. The new managing team treats the residents like they work for her instead of the other way around. I can't wait to move!
Thank you so much for the feedback. I will pass this along to the community for them to follow up. If you would like to give me your name I can have someone contact you. Thanks!
Is it possible to provide a bigger gym at Camden bay pointe? I have noticed that when there are 2 or 3 people using the gym at the same time, it feels crowded. Also, the equipment is limited. It would be nice to have dumb bells, a bigger space for cardio (abs, push-ups, jump rope, etc.), more equipment, and simply more space! Also, the weight lifting equipment that is currently available seems a little out dated. The hand grips are even falling off. A simple solution for space would be to use the connected building, which is supposed to be used for a community lounge that I haven't noticed anyone using, as the gym facility. Thank you for your time.
I beg the management to consider guest passes so that appropriately screened visitors are able to park within the Camden Montague community parking lot. Currently only residents listed on a lease are allowed to park internally. When I have extended visitors (such as my elderly parents, including my dad who walks with a walker), they are forced to park in the outside lot and walk in, because they are not residents listed on my lease. I also have a regular dog sitter because I travel frequently for work, and she is forced to park outside when she is staying in my unit.
5 months ago, (aug 2014) B Langan posted a request for consideration of Guest Parking Passes. I understand parking is limited, but I am also a resident and I believe B. Langan post rates a reply. As a tenant I would not object to controlled temporary passes.
