Dog ownership is a responsibility that many owners do not take seriously. A well behaved dog requires early training and reinforcement by the owner. So far, I have seen responsible behavior by the owners here in Camden SP. Once dogs have a common area to congregate in we will see behavior change just as we do in children's parks where the "alpha" in dogs becomes apparent. Let's hope it can be controlled.
A dog park is a great idea....mybe April and I will think about getting another pup soon.... I hope the Dog park will be enclosed so we can use it without worrying about the animals running out of the park also...
Thanks for good news. Some dog owners don't have children and to us they are our children. With a dog park it allows us to congregate with other dog owners just as people with children do at a playground. I scored community experience low because of no dog park. Thanks again
Dog owners here are incredibly irresponsible. For one, they do not curb their dog. It is unfortunate that I can not let my kids play in the grass because these dog owners decide that taking care of their dog doesn't entail cleaning up after their mess. Two, loud barking at night is terrible. If you are going to own a dog here BE RESPONSIBLE you are not the only one(s) that live here.
We are so sorry to hear that not all of our residents have been respecting the pet policies. I have forwarded this feedback to the Community and hopefully we can remind everyone that dogs must be picked up after.

Pick up your dogs waste. A fine of $500 can be imposed.
