it would be nice too if someone could stand-by when the garbage trucks are pickiing up the dumpsters. I saw a glass bottle fall out and break next to my car!

We're sorry to hear that has happened. We'll let the Community Manager know so they can handle accordingly.

People parking in stalls that are not theirs. Please enforce. Using the stickers would be great. I'm sure the towing companies would love to monitor and pull cars away! It will make inconsiderate people more aware the next time they decide to just take up someone else's stall that they are paying for.

Also NO working on cars, this looks and sound like an auto repair shop! You know who you are!!!

For all dog owners and I love dogs myself and would pick up after my dog once they are finished going to the bathroom on the grass or sidewalk.

I think that we should have assigned parking near our apartments, and management should enforce that cars should not use the car wash spots as parking spaces!

Thank you so much for your feedback! We will share this with our management team to see how we can improve on these concerns.

Parents are not watching their small children darting in and out behind parked cars. This driveway can be dangerous for those not paying attention. I am already going slow and the speed bumps are there, but these children are running across from the apt to the vehicle. Parents should teach their children safety as if they are crossing the street.

Why don't we ALL have resident stickers on our cars, some do and some don't and you have to pay EXTRA for a personal parking space? I know there are scofflaw allowing their friends to park in the garage. If I come home late, heck I can't even park in my own building. It's ridiculous. Signage is terrible, my guests get lost trying to find their way from parking to my apt. Plus, it's inconvenient to have to run outside and use your controlled access card to let them in. And if you have an emergency and the office is closed then you can't get a hang tag, so what is your guest supposed to do especially since the cops tow in every singe parking lot around the building. There has to be a better system.

Glad to see the gates are closed once again! I see Camden gates around the neighborhoods are either closed all day or a certain time. These gates are of better quality. We should enjoy the closure because it keeps out the dumpster divers at 4 to 5am in the morning and people who drive through and dump their garbage in our dumpsters late at night. They toss trash on the ground while going through our trash. They wear all black and a ski mask over their face. They carry long poles/sticks with a hook on the end. Sometimes you can't see them right away, but you can hear them. It would also curtail the parking situation. There have been a line of tenents from time to time trying to get in at night because of a broken down gate malfunction. I have had to drive to the gate to let my family in because the remote did not work coming in but you could drive out. Calls had to be made to the office for help. Can we get a better, higher gate.
