This place is over rated. It's not worth all you will have to pay everything is old the gym is a waste of time with machines that are outdated and hardly work. the jacuzzi works when it feels like it. Did I mention you have to pay for valet trash pickup but you still get billed on the water bill for trash and admin fee. Speaking of water bill you don't pay per use you pay for the entire unit's use divided by sq ft. Listen it will be easier for me to tell you the good. The staff including maintenance is very professional and friendly and the community is not rowdy, location is ideal and the have hangouts for the tenants periodically.
