At the apartments, there are many residents that have pets, especially dogs. That is all good for them. However, all persons are not dog people. When you at times, dog owners walking their dogs without a leash or being loose with the leash, that bothers me. Yeah, the dog(s) are loyal to the owner but may not be open to the other person walking by, especially if it is a child. Note: all dogs (animals) are not friendly. Therefore, more emphasis need to be made to dog owners...IT IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP THEIR DOG(S) ON A LEASH AND CONTROL THEM IN THE AREA!!!!!!!!
