Can Camden Greeway get recycle bins too?

April 3, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterMaria B

Camden Russett needs recycling. If the companies motto is go green why don't you offer recycling

Camden park commons. Can we work with people on better parking. If your doesn't move why is it parked in front of the building. I watch a lady with a child have to run in the ran. When if that car was on the other side she could have parked closer

Why can't we have a speed date type of night so you get to know your neighbors

Thank you for your feedback! We have notified the communities of your requests and are doing our best to add recycling!

We'd love to have recycling at the Camden Manor Park in Raleigh. There is a recycling bin near the dumpster-- but it looks like its never been emptied. We love the valet waste-- is there anyway to incorporate recycling into that?

Camden Huntingdon needs to provide a means to recycle glass. If valet waste will not pick it up, bins near the trash cans would be appreciated.

Asbury Village in Raleigh could use a dog park, given the number of residents with dogs. Thanks for listening to residents' feedback.

Yes, I second that! Can Camden Greenway get recycling as well?

+1 on camden greenway..no need to lug those fiesta/kroger/HEB brochures back to the apt to toss them now do we?

July 3, 2012 | Unregistered CommenterEugene

Please make that accomodation at Camden Live Oaks as well. I think that the mandate of going green was a great selling point and this adds to it.

Recycling bins at Camden Russett please.. Although we attempted to separate all the items that can be recycled (cans and plastic bottles), the valet waste people still dumped ALL of the trash in the dumpster.

The acceptence of large dogs surprised me i am allergic and afraid of them. I have been backed into a corner more than once. Is there any way there could be dog free bldg?

Camden Bel Air is in need of water use per tenant measures. Cost should be based on apartment occupancy instead of a single person paying the same as a family in the same size apartment. Also outdoor water conservation with landscape system is poor. The work that was done was poor at best.
The appearance of outdoor lighting (no covers on fixtures, loose, hanging by wire), the gate system as well as community failure to follow lease rules that aren't enforced are causing the property to decline in appearance. Overall outside appearance is declining notably on Camden side.
The addition of large dogs and stray cats does not help either.
Take a walk around and you will see.

I am very disappointed with how Camden Asbury Village management functions. My biggest concern is the pool. What is the point of renovating and spending tons of money on it, when it gets trashed every day. It was nice to have security person last summer to at least make sure there is no glass bottles at the pool. As of today, glass objects have become pretty common. There are rules written on the gate, but no enforcement. Not to mention that every weekend is a college party. It seems like all the residents of nearby communities come to our pool as they please. I have seen so many people that don't even live here. Whatever happened to the wristbands?! I really wish other residents, such as family members and children, could enjoy that place equally. I also wish someone would ensure that all those folks that bring in drinks would clean after themselves. It would really help if there were some security cameras at the pool, as the leasing staff seem to be clueless of what's going on. What a shame!

I totally agree with the above recycle bins and pool comments. Camden old creek was "supposed" to be luxury living. We pay $2300 a mo. and can't even enjoy the pool in the summer! Anyone and everyone is there, no supervisor in sight. People with personal radios, intoxicated, unsupervised kids, and 80% don't live here! We are in the GREEN capital of CA no recycling bins by mail boxes is just poor business IMO one more thing mgmt would have to do. We moved in sold on many amenities top 3 pleasant neighbors, quiet well insulated units, and on 24/7 on site security guards. Well.. I don't want to bore anyone any more lol but I have to address these issues. The stairwell that's right where you bed is is a terrible design so noisy. The paper thin walls are a joke, I can tell you the arguments my neighbors have and the 4 am infomercials blaring nightly. I asked why I didn't see security shortly after moving in. The response was "oh they are here on site during busy times like summer" ok so there's NOT 24/7 security then! I have spoke to each leasing agent, management, and have over 40 documented noise complaints to date. Nothing not even a warning has been given to my up all night neighbors. Who are in multiple lease violations. I was asked if I had talked to them myself, not my job nor do I want more issues! This is not normal noise either everyone it's like elephants moving furniture, screaming, stomping, door slamming, up and down stairwell all hours chaos! This poor management has caused us unnecessary "talks" with these neighbors they basically laughed at us and acted out even worse! All of this has impacted our lives in so many negative ways I have horrible sleep, new health issues, and major stress since moving in here. I'm speechless that petty issues get handled ASAP but ours just gets the same excuses or ignored unreturned promised calls back zero execution just excuses.Very unhappy about this whole situation obviously. I was told we could move units for a $400 transfer fee plus having to get movers and pack/unpack set up utilities change address etc. That cost us over $1800 when we moved in plus missed days of work! Give me strength Camden old creek that's your solution?! How about do your job and get rid of the problem not good tenants. I've never in my life dealt with something like this. Hope to never again! Ok my rant is over :)
