At Town Square resident assigned parking spaces would be great. Every other place I have lived has designated at least one parking space per apartment to the residents. Then they have designated a visitor parking area. A Town Square there is an issue with to many guests taking up prime parking spaces and loitering in the parking lot.
It would be nice to have 24-hour access to the coffee bar. I've been to other apartment complexes downtown with 24 hour service. I would love to grab a cup of coffee before work. Thanks.
Lived here two months and for the next three weeks there remodeling im woke up at 8:30 am to constant pounding, to the point I have to leave my apartment. I work nights this has completely messed up my schedule, they still refuse to discount any rent so I'm paying to have to leave everyday. Very ur satisfied with the Camden's.
I agree with Adrial, 24-hour access to the coffee bar would go a long way in improving your relationship with Camden Farmers Market patrons. For those of us with standard 8-5, or even 9-5, jobs your 10am office opening hours are not convenient. Most downtown Dallas apartment complexes have this amenity available to their patrons, and I would encourage you to consider following suit!
